Join state leaders from North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee for an inspiring Global Clean Energy Action Forum side event about U.S. state and local actions that link ideas, innovations, and investments to the marketplace and local communities. “Beyond Innovation: Policies, Pathways, and Partnerships for Unprecedented Cleantech Deployment” will feature an interactive discussion among North Carolina’s Assistant Secretary for Environment Sushma Masemore; David Althoff, Director, Energy Programs Office, Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection; and Alexa Voytek, Energy Programs Administrator, Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation about the unique tools, resources, and capabilities of State Energy Offices in reaching underserved markets and achieving unprecedented impact in cleantech deployment.

The Global Clean Energy Action Forum, taking place September 21 to 23 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is a joint convening of the Clean Energy Ministerial and Mission Innovation, global initiatives bringing together heads of state, international organizations, subnational leaders, and innovators dedicated to supporting the development, deployment, and scale-up of clean energy and climate solutions across the world.
