  • NASEO Request for Proposals: Field Data Collection Services
    The National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO) has issued a request for proposals (RFP) to retain the services of a data collection subcontractor with demonstrated experience gathering building energy efficiency and code compliance information from single-family homes. The subcontractor must have the ability to provide services in the state of Arizona. The selected subcontractor will gather data using DOE’s Residential Building Energy Code Field Study Methodology and a resilience field study methodology that is under development. The subcontractor will have to visit around 150 – 200 homes that are under construction and pre-occupancy in Arizona over the timeframe of two project phases. Proposals are due December 5, 2025.   • Idaho Releases Request for Information (RFI) on Nuclear Development and Data Center Location Incentives
    The State of Idaho is actively seeking to attract nuclear energy developers and companies involved in the nuclear supply chain, to establish operations within the state. Idaho offers significant advantages including abundant clean energy resources, strategic geographic location, business-friendly regulatory environment, and strong workforce development programs. Through this Request for Information (RFI), the State seeks comprehensive input from industry leaders to better understand the factors that influence location decisions and to identify specific initiatives that would make Idaho the preferred destination for nuclear investments.
