NASEO and the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) will host a workshop of the Comprehensive Electricity Planning for Load Growth Initiative on September 29-30, 2026, in Salt Lake City, Utah. During this workshop, participants will interpret the results of the illustrative modeling exercises developed during the May workshop and deepen understanding of how assumptions and scenarios influence model outputs. Additionally, the workshop will also identify policy and regulatory opportunities to strengthen electricity planning and modeling practices in participants’ jurisdictions.
