NASEO Virtual Workshop: Access to Financing - Innovative Methods to Attract Private Capital to Clean Energy Projects

September 29, 2021, 9:00 - 10:30 AM
Webinar/Virtual Meeting

The scale and urgency of climate change and access to affordable, reliable energy requires deep investments in clean energy projects. Government agencies, such as State Nodal Agencies in India and State Energy Offices in the United States, are well-positioned to identify and direct public funding to these projects, but need private partners to deliver capital and financing expertise as well.  Please join NASEO, in partnership with the Center for Strategic and International Studies and the Association of Renewable Energy Agencies of States (AREAS) for this virtual workshop, which will introduce participants to key strategies and examples in risk management and mitigation for renewable energy project financing, with a particular focus on steps state agencies can take to leverage their limited public funds with greater magnitudes of private capital. Please click here to register.
