NASEO has completed a Case Study of Minnesota's CHP Action Plan. The plan included robust stakeholder engagement and capitalized on activities across agencies to develop a list of priority action items that the state is addressing. This NASEO case study, developed with the support of the EPA CHP Partnership, recounts Minnesota’s experience and provides lessons and recommendations that can benefit other states engaging in or contemplating CHP or other energy action plans or roadmaps.
