NASEO members along with representatives from the National Association of Clean Air Agencies (NACAA) and the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) met on Tuesday, November 5, to discuss greenhouse gas emissions standards for new power plants under Section 111(d) of the Clean Air Act.
