The Council of State Governments (CSG) recently released the November/December 2015 issue of theCapitol Ideas Magazine which focuses on global affairs and energy. Included in the issue is an article written by NASEO entitled, “Averting Crises: Resilience, Efficiency and Modernization Key to Energy Security”, which looks at the role of states, the federal government, and private sector in ensuring our nation’s energy future.
