A notice announcing that the Agency will not be finalizing 2014 volume standards under the Renewable Fuel Standard program before the end of 2014 was just recently issued.
The notice addresses several issues including action to address a technical limitation in the EMTS to permit trading and retiring 2012 RINs beyond December 31st of this year as well as our intent to take action on the 2014 standards rule in 2015 prior to or in conjunction with action on the 2015 standards rule.
