On September 8, 2014, NASEO's outgoing Chair Vaughn Clark was recognized by the NASEO Board of Directors at its Annual Meeting in Savannah, Georgia. Mr. Clark was elected by the State Energy Offices to serve as NASEO's Chair from September 2012 through September 2014.
