The Statewide Energy Efficiency and Renewable Administration (SEERA) and the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (Commission) is bidding the Focus on Energy (Focus) Program Administrator contract for the 2019-2022 quadrennial period. The Focus program administrator oversees a portfolio of statewide energy efficiency and renewable resource programs with an annual budget of approximately $100 million, which includes business and residential portfolios along with new programs targeting rural customers.
SEERA seeks an experienced, motivated, lean organization to provide leadership, strategic direction, and the infrastructure required to support a team of implementation contractors. The Program Administrator cannot implement programs, but instead defines what needs to be accomplished and then works with the right firms to design and implement programs to achieve desired energy savings within the established budget.
