Beginning this month, NorthstarMLS will start including a new field in its MLS home listing for the Minneapolis/St. Paul region for home energy efficiency ratings. The efficiency values used will be Home Energy Rating System scores, which are based on building efficiency ratings from insulation, heating and cooling systems, and building shell.
