Both Houses of the Texas State Legislature unanimously passed SB 385, a bill authorizing municipalities and counties to offer PACE financing for water conservation measures and energy efficiency improvements in commercial and industrial buildings. To implement the program, counties and municipalities will need to adopt resolutions or ordinances approving and formalizing PACE in their jurisdictions.
